Three Arkansas Razorbacks will be among the field of 156 at the 80th U.S. Women's Open Championship from May 29-June 1 at Erin Hills in Erin, Wisconsin.

José Marin won the title, her third of the year and fourth overall, by two strokes over Florida State's Mirabel Ting. The 12-under score to par is tied for the third best individual score at the NCAA Championship, with the record being 16-under.

The Hogs, who after the first round sat near the bottom of the leaderboard tied for 21st, jumped all the way to T-5th at 3-over and comfortably above the +18 cut line.

The top 15 placement earned the Razorbacks one of the coveted morning tee time, when coastal winds are calmer and the greens aren't dried out from the California sun.

The Hogs will start day two in the early wave, with the first tee time set for 8:30 a.m. CT off the first hole, alongside No. 1 Stanford and No. 3 South Carolina.
